Multiple U.S.G. Agencies

Since 1993, we have supported multiple USG agencies, including the Departments of Commerce, State, Defense, Treasury, Energy, Veterans Affairs, and EPA. We specialize in international technical assistance programs, including training, staffing, facility management, conferences—steadily expanding and refining our service offerings to meet the program needs of our clients. During 30 years of government work, working in both prime and sub-contractor roles, we have supported multiple offices within several agencies in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Exporters, Law Firms & Government Organizations

CTP experts provide a full range of compliance services for private and public clients needing to abide by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). These customized solutions include export classification, licensing assistance, screening services, and training, either in one-time situations or with ongoing support with policies, procedures, and as-needed consulting.

On/Offsite – CONUS & OCONUS

Our headquarters is in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. We also have employees working onsite in various government locations, including the Caribbean with USAID projects and Accra, Ghana on behalf of the Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. Since 1994, our technical experts have delivered over 1,400 training events and conferences in over 100 countries while others travel globally to promote trade and cooperation through Security Cooperation / Security Assistance (SC/SA) initiatives.

Adaptive Work Force & Tools

Recent years have seen an explosion of innovative work patterns and CTP has adapted effectively to this transition. We have employees working remotely, onsite with CONUS and OCONUS clients, and at our headquarters near Washington DC. For training, we can deliver in-person instructor-led training sessions, or pivot to virtual classes using Zoom or MS Teams platforms. If clients prefer, we also offer asynchronous computer-based training utilizing our customized and branded Learning Management System (LMS).
