Conference and Event Management

CTP has managed several hundred workshops and conferences throughout the world, including 45 multilateral forums in 25 countries averaging 150 attendees. In the process, our conference experts have developed the skill and flexibility to provide the precise solutions necessary, from logistics and travel arrangements to the development of agendas, policy papers, and proceedings documents.


We typically manage these projects in three phases: pre-event preparation, on-site implementation, and post-event support.

  • In the Pre-Event phase, we verify the objectives and guidelines (policy, budget, protocol, etc.), then identify and sequence the necessary tasks and applicable processes. Our time-sensitive activity checklists ensure that we stay on track, under budget, and fully aligned with other stakeholders.
  • Our on-site Implementation phase relies on the experience of CTP Managers and the enthusiasm and cultural knowledge (i.e.: language, customs, etc.) of the local staff we hire, to ensure quality from the opening reception to the final wrap-up.
  • During the Post-Event phase, we work swiftly to conclude the activities, ensuring that all logistical and financial matters are settled, that policy and financial reporting is completed quickly and accurately, and that summary documents or media deliverables are created to meet the client’s specifications.
