Law Enforcement

CTP’s work on international outreach programs has provided CTP with direct law enforcement experience on four continents, as well as a network of proven NGOs and a deep pool of law enforcement experts. We have developed and delivered training, customized and deployed software, managed bilateral and multilateral conferences and supplied a wide range of Subject Matter Experts for United States Government programs in over sixty countries.

CTP has worked on several international initiatives for the Department of State, including the Global Anti-Terrorism Assistance (GATA) program, the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) program, the Export Control Cooperation (ECC), and the International Narcotics & Law (INL) enforcement program. We’ve also supported the 2nd Line of Defense program for the Department of Energy, the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) initiative at the Treasury Department, and the Office of International Programs (OIP) and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) at the Department of Commerce.

Working with various agency intiatives, we have helped countries develop their legal and regulatory frameworks, increase their investigative and prosecutorial capacities, and train their line level and managerial enforcement staff. We have held dozens of workshops and conferences to discuss law enforcement best practices both nationally and regionally. We have over 350 Subject Matter Experts available to evaluate, teach, and monitor enforcement projects anywhere in the world.
