CTP uses Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology to engage mature learners in a professional context. From development through delivery, our customized materials engage learners though interactive discussions, case studies, and a broad mix of instructor-led sessions that utilize paper-based and computer-based exercises, and electronic tools. Courses are designed using the multi-phase ADDIE model to suit the audience, the specific material, and the training objectives.
The ADDIE model has five phases—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—that provide a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools.
