Compliance Self Assessment Snapshot - This is a quick assessment tool, intended to give a executive a "snapshot" of the probable compliance readiness of his/her company. The 18 questions should take 3 - 5 minutes to complete, and you receive an email summary of strengths and weaknesses, along with a color-coded chart and prioritized recommendations. There is no cost or obligation.
Rapid Risk Profile - This is another aid to executives, enabling them to quickly and easily see the inherent risk of incurring a compliance violation according to 18 criteria. These 18 questions should take 3-5 minutes to complete, and you will receive an email summary of your relative risks, along with a color-coded chart showing the big picture. There is no cost or obligation.
Reference Guide for EMS - Export Management System (Beta) To assist clients who are struggling to understand the basic of certain export terms and processes, we have assembled a simple reference guide in the What, When, Where, Why and How format. This primer covers the range of corporate compliance concerns stemming from the ITAR and the EAR. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the EMS Manual Template (next).
CTP Manual Template for EMS (Beta): This is a user-friendly MS Word document that allows CTP client's to quickly and easily create a simple yet comprehensive manual to their company's Export Management System. Sections are color coded: Red for instructions (to be erased later), Blue for Customizable text, and Black for boilerplate. This works in conjunction with CTP's export control Reference Guide, providing tutorials and Web hyperlinks to explanations and examples for virtually all sections.
CTP Compliance (EMS) Tutorials (Beta) - Once available, these self-paced tutorials will enable CTP clients to learn export control fundamentals at their own pace, on their own schedule, via web access available 24/7. All the major compliance topics are covered in a simple way, corresponding with the What, When, Where, Why and How format of CTP's EMS Reference Guide. See above.
