Customized International Training
CTP built its reputation by first developing and customizing training on behalf of the U.S. government then later delivering those workshops, seminars, conferences and technical exchanges to dozens of cooperating countries.
Our experienced instructional designers work with leading subject matter experts to create adult learning materials that reflect current best practices across a range of nonproliferation, border security, and anti-terrorist topics. These materials are then delivered using proven instructional methodologies that are tailored to the target audience and local environment (legal, cultural, etc) enabling CTP to ensure the consistent transfer and retention of knowledge, skills, and abilities to foreign experts. The strategic use of local examples, regional perspectives, and relevant issues add critical depth and texture to CTP course offerings. If requested, we provided training to local experts in both content and instructional techniquest so as to indigenize training capacity in host country institutions. In total, over fifteen years, CTP has delivered several hundred seminars and workshops in more than 60 countries.
In addition to instructor-led workshops, CTP has developed a suite of online delivery platforms, enabling foreign experts to access web-based materials on a 24/ 7 basis or via the use of webinars.
