Strategic & Lifecycle Planning
CTP provides direct support to government clients for travel, logistics, event management, strategic planning, and policy research and writing. To assist our clients in managing their programs, CTP has developed a cohesive set of integrated solutions that track each activity (and its data) through an entire life cycle, CTP then uses the acquired knowledge to improve the targeting and performance of follow-on activities.
On the front end, we customize a Strategic Planning Master that provides government client managers with scenario analysis, financial/load projections and activity-specific note tracking. Central to planning and implementation is the integrated Schedule & Data Tracking Tool that tracks, sorts and/or filters current and historic information such as scheduling, milestone tracking, financial data tracking, and status summaries. Within each project, a suite of web-based tools, templates, and guidelines includes time-sensitive checklists and task-specific notes. For post-activity support, CTP’s proven archival methodology evaluates performance, archives electronic material, and extracts analysis that feeds back into the strategic planning process.
