CTP is dedicated to providing effective and efficient service to our government clients. Since 1993, CTP has delivered tailored, comprehensive solutions to U.S. agencies pursuing nonproliferation, security, trade, and development objectives with foreign partners. CTP has created and deployed training and customized software, managed complex projects and events, and provided management and consulting expertise to the Department of State, Department of Commerce, and United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and on their behalf provided services to foreign government representatives around the world.
Through this work, CTP's diverse subject matter experts have reached thousands of officials in over 60 countries to contribute to the establishment and operation of effective strategic trade systems, strengthen border control, enhance anti-terrorism operations, and develop transparent and ethical institutions.
In both Ukraine and Poland, for example, CTP's initial cooperative outreach programs on export controls led to a fruitful series of export control workshops, resulting in self-sustained export control systems in compliance with international standards.
