CTP holds a pre-qualified MOBIS (Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services) contract that enables government program managers to secure CTP services without a lengthy and expensive procurement process. CTP was thoroughly investigated prior to qualifying for this vehicle, enabling COTRs to utilize our services with speed and confidence.
