Since 2003, CTP has worked as a small business partner of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) on a performance-based Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Integrated Support Services Contract (ISSC) to support the Department of State's Office of Export Control Cooperation. Valued at up to $54 million, under this vehicle CTP has successfully developed and delivered export control training and advisory services to dozens of countries around the world.
