For more than 10 years Mr. Webb has served as the lead trainer for CTP Inc. He has developed, delivered and led training to approximately 30 foreign governments to assist them in establishing functional export control systems. He has also developed and provided training for U.S. companies and foreign enterprises on various aspects of export control requirements, including international export control regime requirements, licensing procedures, classification procedures, inter-agency coordination, control list development, licensing officer instructional simulation software and Internal Compliance Programs (ICP). Mr. Webb is a former U.S. Department of Commerce Licensing official, an aerospace engineer and former military pilot. He has over 30 years of experience in related governmental fields including working within the DoD and the Institute for Defense Analysis (IDA) on various National Security and Strategic Trade issues including development of aspects of the Militarily Critical Technologies List (MCTL). He also played a significant technical role in the development of the Missile Technology Control Regime and Wassenaar Arrangement control lists.
