Neal Trautman specializes in law enforcement leadership and supervision. He currently works as a visiting assistant professor of criminal justice at the University of Southern Mississippi. Some of Dr. Trautman's prior appointments include Executive Director of The National Institute of Ethics, and Director of Training of the Law Enforcement Training Network, one of the world's largest providers of police training. Dr. Trautman has also held numerous leadership positions including President of the International Association of Ethics Trainers, and National Chairman of the National Commission on Law Enforcement Integrity. Dr. Trautman holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rollins College, an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Rollins College, and a Ph.D. in Administration of Criminal Justice from St. John's University.
