Carol Leonard has over 12 years experience in the accounting field and has been with CTP since 2003. Previously, she worked for a small business government contractor in the same capacity. During her first few years with CTP, she worked to set up various policies and procedures for all accounting functions within the company. She is now responsible for all financial aspects of CTP including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, banking, cash flow management, and time reporting. Along with the Administrative Assistant, she also helps manage the human resources function. She works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with regards to contracts, invoicing, and cash flow. Ms. Leonard holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
